Came with my boyfriend and it was a great experience! The staff is amazing: friendly and professional, making you feel welcoming from the moment you step inside. The atmosphere is relaxing, the room was very comfortable and everything was clean. Lovely and stylish decor in such a central location! To sum up it is a place I would definitely recommend ... it’s a real gem for central Hanoi!!

I really loved the elegance of this hotel. Its rooms are deliciously furnished, neat and clean, as well as extremely pleasing to the eye. Moreover, a detail not to be overlooked, rooms are very quiet: I slept every night like a child! Another note of merit goes to the staff: very professional and helpful, smiling and polite. This hotel will be my regular destination every time I'll return to Hanoi!

This was one of the most fabulous hotels on our second trip in Vietnam. Best location ever, just 4 blocks away from Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart of the city, and really close to the night market and most of the attractions. I went with my parents and staying here was our best choice, the experience worth it, since the beginning to the end. We booked a triple family room; it was really spacious, with a lot of natural light and it also allowed me some privacy from my parents. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room service was always efficient. And, a requirement to start a good day, the breakfast was delicious and abundant. Even when the location is in the city center, the street of the hotel and the room was very quiet. The staff was always welcoming and helpful and gave us a hand on our next steps in our journey, with some good recommendations. I would definitely come back here.
