I'm very impressed with my stay there in this hotel. My family has booked three rooms during March break and we are all very impressed with their service, the cleanliness of the room and the location. The check in process was the most relaxed experience I had encountered. The staff took all our luggages to the room directly and was very attentive to our needs. The rooms look way better than the pictures shown on the website. It came with a nice coffee machine, bottled water, and a mini fridge. Location is excellent as it is 3 minutes walk to a supermarket and 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area. I would definitely come back again next time when I visit Paris.

Terrible, where do I even begin. Should have read Google review before booking. Manage by a group of Indians, not suitable for family with baby. I am not even referring to children. I mean baby yes small baby. Lift cannot even fit one stroller + 1 adult. I am S size yet I need to tip my toes when into the lift with my baby else the door won’t close 😂. When checking out, they are doing cleaning. I can’t even step out of the room to the corridor as it only can fit one of their cleaning troller. It’s that bad. Room is clean, yes but toilet door has mould. lol. Not worth the money. I think consider 3 star hotel? I won’t say is a four. But their service is okay.

While I appreciate the great location and the cleanliness of the rooms at your hotel, I must express my profound disappointment regarding the conduct of the staff. Unfortunately, their rudeness is so striking that it overshadows the positive aspects of my stay. For the price of this establishment, a certain level of mutual respect is not just expected but absolutely necessary. Snarky comments and dismissive behavior are entirely unacceptable, especially in a hospitality setting. It’s imperative that the staff be trained to treat guests with the courtesy and professionalism that matches the quality of your accommodations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the overall experience for future guests. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
