Hotel Des Reves Al Poggio di Casalucense

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Des Reves. The position is panoramic with beautiful mountain views and surrounding gardens. It is quiet place, out of traffic and still close to the highway and Monte Cassino cathedral. Good parking, no stress! The rooms were pleasant and clean, we were greeted warmly and found the service friendly and attentive. There is also a restaurant in the complex where we ate well and enjoyed the owner’s own wine and oil. Breakfast was also abundant and varied. We enjoyed meeting the owner who was very friendly, helpful and offered us useful travelling tips. We would be happy to return.

A very cute place in the middle of the mountains. It was our first trip in the area and also after the COVID peek. It was heartbreaking to see such a lovely place offering lots of rooms and us being one of the few guests. The place for sure has already some years on its back but everything was very clean and nothing you are missing. We had a super great breakfast including products from their own garden. We also had dinner here which was really good. We want to thank especially the hosts and their remarkable service. The beautiful kept in shape garden was very romantic to have dinner in.

One of the hidden gems of Italy. Extremely nice family-run hotel, beautiful setting and garden, with perfect service and excellent restaurant where everything is home made and delicious. Our family loved it!
