One of the best Hotel in Porto Alegre even in Brazil. They are helpful kind and supportive.I required 1500pm late checkout and they accepted without even thinking a second.Have shuttle to airport back and forth. Just only there are some tiny tiny flies and bugs on tables and restaurant. Thats the only simple thing to improve.Other than that its 5 stars hotel almost.
I enjoyed my stay here for multiple nights. It is clean, close to the airport, and easy to navigate for international travelers. The food is local, flavorful and reasonably priced. I actually ate at the bar a few times as the bartenders were able and willing to speak English to me while I dined alone. I would say they need higher bar stools, as I felt like a kid eating at the bar. :) I would recommend this hotel to any international traveler in Porto Alegre.
This place is past it’s prime. The look is a little shabby and definitely nowhere close to a 5-star. The hygiene at this time was severely lacking 👎🏻. The remote control had a sticky glob of something it and I was then obliged wipe the bedside table that was dirty and brown on the alcohol Impregnated wipe : not reassuring at all during this pandemic .. The bed and room size is ample here. Bed was comfortable. Parking costs around 20 R$/ day. Food in the restaurant for our evening option was average. Pasta sauce was lacking in flavour. Breakfast was abundant and there was much choice. The quality was average. A big plus 👍 is the proximity to the airport and catching early or late flights. There is a pool and area to sit outside that was pleasant to catch some sunlight after breakfast. Upgrading is due though through these times it’s tough for all travel related businesses… thanks :)
