The service is poor—had to call at least four times for any basic request. On top of that, the air conditioning barely works ,no heating does the cooling even if it is turned off, making the stay uncomfortable. The pool is closed for "maintenance" about 90% of the time, which was a huge letdown. The breakfast buffet does not refil until you beg them to. Definitely not worth it.

They have pathetic services now. Their staff is not cooperative at all.I visited last year here, at that time everything was so good even the breakfast buffet had so much variety but now its opposite what I have experienced earlier. They commit while booking time about the complimentary items and once you paid them booking charges and security charges then they step back that there is nothing complimentary. I had a WORST experience here this time.

I strongly advise against visiting this hotel. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life. The management is unprofessional, and the facilities are far below acceptable standards. Room Condition: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with no proper bedding provided. The bed sheets were dirty and appeared to have not been changed for days. Lighting: The lighting in the room was inadequate, making the entire space dim and uninviting. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom was a complete disaster. The water wouldn't drain, leaving a constant puddle, which was both unhygienic and inconvenient. Basic Amenities: There was a severe shortage of slippers, and shockingly, no drinking water was provided. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. Dust and grime were everywhere, making the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Service Quality: The staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive to complaints. Requests for even the most basic services were ignored. This hotel falls far short of any reasonable expectations. Avoid it at all costs if you value your time, money, and comfort.
