Good hotel with a very decent spa. Got the room with the view of the river and the mountains which was very pleasing. The room was very good size as well. The only downside is the hairdryer which is very difficult to use and does not allow you to style your hair.
The hotel is a bit old, staff gives a good service. Food is a bit disappointing. Some dishes were served not in the Italian standard; they were not beautiful / tasty. Yet, there were some good dishes. The whole experience was good, yet it is not worth 4 stars, in my opinion.
Their staff was awesome. Especially the lady who seemed to work there all the time - she should get a raise! Breakfast was OKish but not great.
