Great location, the front staff were excellent and spoke very good English. And since I speak almost no Polish, We felt very welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic. And the parking was very simple and reasonable. When I come back to Gliwice I will stay here again.
The room in general was very good and location was ideal for what we needed. Would help if all staff understood how the car parking worked so there was not a wasted journey walking there and back. Also if coming on weekend don’t waste money parking in car park as it’s free on the streets! All in all a good stay, albeit a bit pricy. But I would stay here again.
Charming hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast and lunch is great here. It's very quiet overall, staff polite and supportive.
