Hotel Diana Dauphine

We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The lift is very small so if you are a large group (of more than 2 people) you will need to take turns with luggage. The staff are excellent. The location is great for the central area, but I only gave 4 stars as the immediate location is a little uncared-for, although there is nothing that the hotel could do about that, so maybe I am being unfair. We parked in the nearby Austerlitz car park as we have a SUV and had read reviews that the hotel's car park was a bit of a squeeze.

The reception staff is super friendly and kind. We were lucky that one of the receptionists spoke Spanish and was always happy and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Excellent location. Suitable for seniors with walking difficulties. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant staff was also very kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is very safty. Congratulations to the team! This is our third time here, and we always have the same great experiences. Congratulations!!! We'll be back again!
