Very nice hotel, clean spacious rooms, and for us most importantly dog friendly. We were on vacation with toddler and he had amazing time in the hotel. There is kids club that is like a very well equipped kindergarten, the pool is great with small part for the kids, and the SPA is great. The food is on a next level, buffet style breakfast, nice easy lunch, sweet hour after the lunch and dinner that is nice closure of the day. We were in winter and the location of the hotel is very very nice. It is not ski in/out, but the main gondola is 3 minutes walking and they offer you free of charge ski-depo right at the gondola, so you wont spend much of your amazing breakfast in the morning on your way to the skiing :) Highly recommend this hotel for any age and group!

A family-run hotel that stands out for its pleasant and unpretentious atmosphere. The renovated rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and the hotel is currently being gradually modernized. The staff is consistently excellent, truly friendly, and warm-hearted. Particularly noteworthy is the wide range of activities: great tennis and swimming lessons are available, and in winter, there are opportunities for skiing (with lessons) and cross-country skiing. Additionally, there are more relaxed hikes, concerts, yoga, and much more. The team at the children's club is very caring and ensures good care for the kids. The Food and Service are excellent. The wellness and swimming pool facilities, both indoors and outdoors, are beautiful. The price-performance ratio is balanced, and the hosts are committed to providing high quality that is accessible for families. There's a lot of heart and humanity in this place. Overall, we felt very comfortable here, were finally able to relax for a few days, and our children were especially happy. Definitely a heartfelt recommendation! 5 stars on all front! We love to come to this hotel and enjoy their great offer of services. The owner family is extremely kind and always caring for their guests. They all have a role and fulfill it at its best. The food is extremely good and of high quality. Everywhere is clean and all is well organised. Swimming pool outside is big enough to enjoy an early sporty swim in the morning. Last but not least, the price is extremely good for the quality offered.
