Helpful staff. Large rooms. Good beds. For some reason they give you 3 pillows instead of 4. Note: No elevator.
I came to this hotel with so many expectations for the sauna and pool, and once we arrived they mentioned these facilities haven’t been working for the last week, when we called a few days ago they mentioned everything was working perfectly… we couldn’t cancel the booking and move to another hotel just because we didn’t had enough time to reschedule another place, even worse, they keep the same price, even when the facilities weren’t working (this hotel is famous for the pool and sauna) Today the day was very sunny and hot, the rooms were so warms with not AC, but we were moved to a better room location. I felt so sorry for the staff receiving complaints, they were extremely kind trying to help us, specially Farid, Floor, Allan, definitely they were the best of this hotel and Bedrooms and mattresses are amazing.
Ok. Clean but basic rooms. Breakfast ok, WiFi super fast. Al good but not for the price (130 USD) I paid.
