I stayed in this hotel to visit my family, horrible experience. On the second day I tried showering, they only have a tiny bottle of shampoo, not enough for my curly hair and they don't have conditioner. Plus, when I got into the shower, the water would oscilate between hot and cold water, I couldn't shower. The pillows on the bed are uncomfortable, they are hard and lumpy, I cheked them and the stuffing is pushed hard in there. The location is very unconvinient, you can only stay here if you have a car or are taking taxi. Finally, the menu is really small, there isn't much variety to eat here. I'm sorry, but thus hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars at all.
I stay in this hotel for work 1-3 times a month. Sinks in the bathrooms are constantly blocked. Water in the shower takes up to 20min to warm up. Restaurant with a real inconsistency of food quality, I dont eat there anymore. Breakfast with horrible coffee, watts juices just everything cheap and bad. I really don't know who allowed them to put a 4 star rating to their name. .
Heater in room won't work. Sink clogged. Terrible and unintuitive access from highway. Restaurant is poor: limited menu and they ran out of offering very early.
