Hotel Dieksee Collection by Ligula

The hotel is a hidden gem in an amazing location in front of the lake and with an extraordinary service specially want to recognise the lady who took care of our checkin late in the day, she is simply amazing and very customer focused. She was very kind and took good care of my family and I as we were arriving very late in the day after a long drive from Denmark. This hotel is for sure in my list to visit again and again…fully recommended

Hotel: The reason for our visit was for my wife's birthday and this hotel and location looked perfect for us to celebrate together. Upon arrival at the hotel where greeted very nice by the reception staff, they were really warmly welcoming and helpful with all our questions....Great service...🤗 The hotel itself is very nice, clean and has some great features, and is very picturesque against the lakes backdrop. Currently, some of the rooms are being renovated, which will for sure improve the hotel in the future. Room: We were located on the first floor room no1. The room size was plenty, and the view overlooking the lake with also our own balcony was awesome 👌 the beds were very comfortable, and the room was very well presented and supper clean. Amenities: There is also a very nice restaurant within the hotel. Note if you would like a table book in advance and ask for a lakeside table view 😉 The indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were superb...Also overlooking the lake... This was a plus plus for us...Also located on the first floor and very close to our room 🏊‍♀️👍 Parking: There is parking at the hotel, note, not so many spaces, however there is also parking directly outside the hotel and it was supper cheap, again not so many spaces. Location: Simply perfect 👍 right overlooking the lake, supper centrally located to the local restaurant 2 min walk and only 5min walk into the town which has a very nice park, shops, restaurants and bars. Tips: Book a lake view room definitely worth the extra few euros. Value for money: Excellent considering it location, amenities and very friendly staff. Would I recommend: Definitely yes Would I go again: We have already booked another stay in August 👍This time we have booked two lake view rooms as we plan to surprise my mother and farther 🤫 Thank you for a wonderful stay. The room was ok, with old furniture which was not a problem, but the bed was too soft (for me and my wife of course) to the point of not being able to sleep. The pillows were also uncomfortable. The important thing, however, is that it was clean. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The highlight of the hotel is the fairly large swimming pool and jacuzzi. And of course the beautiful location it is located in. Also the service was very good and everyone was polite.
