Food and panorama were the only positive things to experience in the few days stay, unfortunately... looks like for the 40 years existence, renovation or redecorating is still unknown words.. poor equipment, even poorer decor. It's pity, because the resort is awesome, some of the near by hotels are real class and the beach... i can rate it more than the those in Dubai
The hotel have the best restaurant in hole Albena. Breakfast and dinner are perfect and service as well. The reception needs improvement, because servicing guests is bad. The room wasn't very clean and definitely need renovation. There were broken lights, and in my opinion is not safety for kids.
Terrible socialist bulsh... The hotel is not working. Only the swimming pools are functional. Nevertheless I was able to make a reservation for the candy shop at the top of the hotel. What was our surprise when we arrived from Varna only to find out nothing is working there.
