No pool as advertised, out of service. Breakfast was decent. Warm baked breakfast pastries, coffee brewed to order, juices, yogurts, cereal, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, beans
The hotel was fine overall, but it didn’t quite live up to 4-star expectations. The staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly, which I appreciated. The room was clean, but a bit dated, and lacked some of the little touches you’d expect at this level. Honestly, the breakfast was well below expectations. The options were very limited, and what was available didn’t seem fresh or thoughtfully prepared. For a hotel aiming for 4 stars, this part really needs attention. It’s a decent place for a short stay, but if you’re expecting luxury or attention to detail, you might be a little disappointed.
The hotel was closed for maintenance when we arrived. The money was charged, and nobody cared to inform us. I called the number posted on the locked door and they promised to get back about the refund, but nobody ever got back to me. All the while the hotel was available to book on booking.com and not a mention about hotel being closed on their website.
