Hotel Domidea

Our stay at the hotel was impeccable and pleasant! The hotel and our room was neat and clean, well equipped. The staff was friendly, polite, eager to help and assist in anything we might needed. They were quick and efficient whenever we had questions or minor problems. Our room was well air conditioned when we arrived, even a bit chilly to our liking – which was fixed with a quick call to the reception. They immediately set our thermostat's limit higher, after which we could change the temperature in a much wider range. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness gave just as much to our experience as the hotel's conditions itself. The hotel is quite far from the heart of Rome, so they offer regular shuttles in the mornings and afternoons to Monti Tiburtini metro station. It was easy to schedule, and the driver was super friendly too. Their restaurant had flavorful dishes for dinners and good prices. The servers were easygoing and put in a lot of effort to their work. The breakfast had such a wide variety of choices that we could try something new each day of our stay. The restaurant staff in the morning were very accommodating too, especially an older gentleman, who always offered to bring us cappuccino to our breakfast. Thank you to all the staff members (reception, restaurant, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance) for providing us with such a great experience!

I unconditionally recommend this hotel. Not only were the accommodations excellent, but the customer service was the best we experienced in all of Europe over 2 years. All staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The manager himself gave us his personal attention in resolving a room issue. The breakfast and restaurant staff exceeded our expectations - very personable, cheerful, and helpful.

The hotel is spotless and well cared for. It is catering more for business travellers I think, and in an industrial area but is also well placed for buses and metro into central Rome. The staff were all very attentive and made our stay very comfortable. They could not be faulted in any way. All the amenities were modern and working well. A free shuttle service was provided for transfers to metro stations. The staff made it for me, as they were just so cheerful, kind and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Buffet breakfast was a good start to the day with very nice coffee served. I travelled with friends but would probably choose a different area if travelling solo. As it was, we spent the days and early evenings in central Rome and then relaxed at the hotel later in the evenings. There is a small friendly bar in the hotel. All in all great value for money for the quality of service, rooms and amenities.
