Excellent, perfect for family. Room luxurious and clean. Food super. Spa available too and wifi fast. Best place to stay! Very very good for children and close by to the best attractions in town. After the stay i felt so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you
The rooms are good, clean and plenty of space with a dedicated ski equipment room downstairs. Location is very convenient. However, the service at the restaurant was atrocious, only partly based on being understaffed. The front desk was slightly better. Will look for another option next time.
Location is great. Hotel room was decent. Service was really bad. The food was underwhelming. The main waitor was a bit rude. The only reason they get a star, was the actual star of the the hotel, Carolina. She was very sweet.
