Location is pretty much the only reason to book this place. Service was subpar and rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. Amenities provides were quality though.
Hello, I am truly very disappointed with my experience at this so-called 4-star hotel. It was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel of this category. In my opinion, it doesn’t deserve more than 1 star, maybe 2 at most. The room was far too small to accommodate four people, and it had a strong unpleasant smell. The worst part was the noise: it was impossible to sleep due to constant disturbance throughout the night. The noise came not only from outside, but also from a faulty air conditioner, a flickering night light, and creaking furniture that made sounds with every movement. We barely got any sleep at all. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was completely unusable from the rooms due to a very weak signal. Installing extra routers near the rooms would be necessary to ensure proper connectivity. I’ll mention two positive points: the staff were kind and the hotel is well located. However, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. You’d probably have a better experience in a 1- or 2-star hotel. Dear Sir or Madam, I am shocked by the response you have published, in which you claim that I did not show up and supposedly cancelled my reservation. This is a blatant and entirely unacceptable falsehood. To be clear, I did stay at your establishment from May 8 to May 9, 2025, as evidenced by the invoice attached to this message. I am also including the receipt for the tourist tax payment, which further proves my actual presence at your hotel. It is therefore inadmissible that you would attempt to discredit my review by denying that I was ever there. Rather than acknowledging the clear shortcomings of your hotel (unbearable noise, unsanitary conditions, unusable Wi-Fi), you have chosen to defend yourselves with a lie—an approach that speaks volumes about your understanding of customer service and respect for travelers. I therefore demand that you immediately correct your public response, issue a formal apology, and remove your false statement. If you fail to respond, I will be compelled to share photographic evidence taken in front of your hotel, at the reception desk, and in the room itself, which clearly proves both my presence and the deplorable conditions I experienced. I will not tolerate having my integrity questioned simply because you are trying to protect an image that in no way reflects the reality of your establishment. Sincerely,
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked two rooms for my family (including three young children) after being assured via email that two connecting rooms were available for our stay from January 9th to 12th. Upon arrival, I confirmed with the receptionist whether the rooms were connecting, only to be told that there are no connecting rooms at all in the hotel. When I questioned why I was told otherwise, I was informed that the two rooms I reserved were just separate rooms next to each other, which was completely unsuitable for our needs. I explained that we cannot stay in separate rooms, especially with small children, and asked if the hotel could assist in arranging connecting rooms at a nearby property. The receptionist refused to help with any communication or alternatives. To make matters worse, while I was leaving the hotel to find a solution elsewhere, I noticed the hotel attempted to charge my credit card for the entire stay, despite the fact that they did not provide the service I had booked and was misled about. This hotel’s behavior is unacceptable. They appear more focused on taking money than offering the basic hospitality that any guest should expect. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone looking for reliable service and honesty to avoid this place.
