Nice Hotel on the Danube, in the mids of beautiful grape wine yards. Great massaging bed.
My wife and I stayed here last week. The owner was working on reception when we arrived. She was unwelcoming, unhelpful and rude. Equally at breakfast the following morning she circled the dining room with a coffee pot offering the German speaking guests a top up while we were ignored. While the rooms in this hotel were very clean and comfortable we felt so unwelcome we would never want to stay here again.
Don’t know about the actual hotel but the staff at the restaurant are far from being friendly I stayed in the camping across the road I walked across for some food me and my 2 kids and i ordered a beer the waiter went and asked another person and he came and out and looked at me and turned around and told the waiter don’t serve him I asked him why he said hotel guests only tonight I said I’m in the camping across the road I just want some food for me and my kids I was told your kind is not welcome here as in I’m Irish for what reason I don’t know I wouldn’t recommend anybody eating or drinking in this restaurant good to know racism is still alive in Austria in 2025
