What a nice service. I forgot my shoe in the hotel and one nice guy brought my stuff on the way. I don't know how he found us but it's so wonderful. I purchased shoe but i am more than happy with this hotel person service. Thanks for your service... Arigato gozaimasu.
Our room was really dirty and small. Paid a lot and breakfast wasn’t included They don’t even provide new slippers
“Regret Choosing This Hotel Based on Reviews – Cheap But Deeply Disappointing” I stayed here for several days and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Here’s what I personally encountered: ✅ Zero hospitality at checkout. Not even a "thank you." Most of the staff had poor attitudes, and one night staff even snapped at me – it was intimidating. ✅ Wi-Fi was unusably slow. I planned to work remotely, but it was impossible. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such poor internet. ✅ No cleaning service. Even after a 10-day stay, there was no cleaning at all. When I requested it, I was told, "We don’t clean even for long stays." Very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. ✅ Management completely ignored my messages. I contacted them via the official website and email, but never received a single reply. Overall Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Even for this price range, I expect basic service. I repeat: Don’t choose this hotel just because it’s cheap – you’ll regret it.
