I stayed at this 3-star hotel in Pune during a short business trip and found it to be a comfortable and convenient choice. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a good work desk and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to catch up on work. Overall, a practical and budget-friendly option for business travellers.
I was there for one night with my family. We checked in very late and Reeta ji assisted us with the check-in. She was very kind to upgrade us to 2 spacious rooms and the stay was quite good. The only thing that I feel could be better was cleanliness of bathroom and bathroom towels, better lighting in the rooms and better lift capacity. The lift said overloaded even with just 5 people without any luggage. Location wise, it's quite good.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Hotel Dortn for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, the service was amazing, and the food was simply awesome! I accidentally left my earbuds in the room after checkout, and the staff went out of their way to help me get them back. Truly impressed by their hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommended.
