This place is awesome. Great hotel with everything you need. Location is beautiful with lots of great walks and hikes around. The town’s swimming pool just up the road is made using a natural stream, and just near the pool is the most beautiful picnic spot under trees next to the same stream.
Excellent value for money. An experience to repeat whenever possible.
Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this hotel. I made a booking through Booking.com and had to pay 50% upfront, which I don't mind at all, but I accidentally picked a "Standard Room" not realizing this meant it was a single room for 1-person only (we don't have these in Canada). I realized only a few days later and contacted them, but the hotel tells me that all changes need to be made through booking.com. There isnt an option to change the reservation on booking.com, only to cancel. Booking.com then sent Luna Hotel a request on my behalf to waive or reduce the cancellation fee so that I may rebook in a suitable room category for 2 people but they denied it. I'm disappoined and have chosen to find another place to stay. Buyer Beware I guess.
