I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Downtown! I spent three days there and was very impressed with the staff – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The location is fantastic – just steps away from the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and perfect for exploring the city center. A great place to relax – I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
I stayed in the hotel 2 weeks ago. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty, with many options for any diet and preference. I also had lunch in the restaurant and the meals were very visually pleasing and tasty. Staff is polite and kind, will definitely visit next time I am in town!
The hotel’s location is good, but that’s about it. Our room was dirty when we arrived. A cleaner came by, and we asked her to return in 10 minutes, but she never came back. Breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had — very limited choices, and the coffee machine was out of order for both days of our stay. When items ran out, like the eggs, they only started cooking more after that, so we had to wait 30 minutes for a new batch. The staff didn’t seem to care at all.
