We stayed at this hotel in Olbia for a birthday trip with friends, and it was a lovely experience. The location isn’t central, but that wasn’t a problem at all as we had a rented car – and the peaceful setting by the harbour made up for the extra few minutes of driving. The view over the water was beautiful and set the tone for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a real highlight – plenty of sun beds, even in the shade, and it never felt too busy. Poolside service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was served on a lovely terrace overlooking the harbour. There were always enough tables available, and the food selection was fresh and satisfying. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two people, with air conditioning that worked well – much appreciated in the Sardinian heat. Overall, a great choice for a chilled-out stay in Olbia, especially with friends. Would definitely return!
The rooms were spotless and cozy, making our stay really pleasant. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant — the food was great for the price, and the service stood out. Giuseppe, who served us more than once, was especially friendly and made us feel well taken care of each time.
I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was a truly disappointing experience. The food was monotonous and lacked any variety – the same tired omelette was served every single morning. On the first day, there was even a power outage, and the next morning they didn’t even have omelettes, claiming it was still due to that issue. The elevators were constantly out of service, making it very inconvenient to get around. At the pool, you’re not allowed to open your own umbrella for shade. What made it even more ridiculous was that there wasn’t even any wind that day to justify this restriction. The staff was completely unprepared to handle any situation and displayed poor customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were noisy — you could hear everything from outside, as the doors didn’t seal properly. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant stay. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
