Clean, quiet. I have used it as due to a fair (Messe) nothing was available in Essen area. It did require a bit more travel with public transportation, but it was manageable. Google Maps shows the proper ways to get there. Let me also mention the extra kindness to provide me an iron (which is not basic here, but could still be managed) without extra costs. Really kind. Thanks!
The owner was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Very charming and cozy.
