My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights during our Indian vacation. We booked the family suite and it was incredibly spacious and nice. The staff were very polite and incredibly prompt with any request we had. Would not hesitate to book again if we were visiting the area in the future. We had an amazing vacation. We ranked it as our second favorite vacation out of over 20 countries we’ve visited.
I stayed with my family for a night on the16th of May at Dream Inn Rishikesh & had a very pleasant stay. From the efficient checkin to our smooth checkout it was very good. I was very impressed with it's clean comfortable & large rooms. It was very relaxing to unwind at the end of a tiring day. It's situated in such a ideal location that it was easy to go wherever we wanted, either to the triveni sangam or the many julas or to the yoga retreats & nearby shopping. The entire staff are very friendly & accommodating. They are very helpful when asking for various suggestions about the places to go to. Would have loved to have made use of their spa but sadly due to time constraints I couldn't. Dining options are limited but feels like you are being fed at home. If anyone is looking for a safe friendly family stay this is definitely the place.
Giving them 3 stars due to staff / service. Stayed here for one day. Room was nice, except the tv set top box was not recharged, so it wasn't working if you want to watch something at night time. The wifi is slow. The location on google maps takes you to the wrong lane, while actual hotel is one lane ahead of it which causes incoveniece as you have to turn the car on slopes. Car parking is small (6 cars approx), the staff is not so friendly, I found it okish behaviour. Food is on the average side, the breakfast had limited items. Overall, not worth the price. Only upside I found is, it's in the prime location, close to many shops, and laxman jhula(15 mins walk) but it was closed due to construction (may be closed for a while now) but the hotel guy told us we can visit it.
