Rooms are nice but they give a bit of an hotel starting to get old a bit, but still spacious, got all amenities, great breakfast. The staff were not so helpful, we had to cancel our reservation for a work emergency, and I understand that they might not be able to reimburse, but the attitude with which the receptionist told us that he cannot refund us anything was rude. Overall, there could have been other solutions to solve this issue, maybe offer a transfer to another NH hotel or something, but what stuck was his negativity and slowness in dealing with us. Overall, without any bias, I would still recommend the hotel.

Although the room was good and clean the breakfast ok (but we talk for a 4 star hotel so that is normal) i can not still believe that when I asked you to make my room a bit warmer because outside it was raining and it had only 9 Celsius, you told me it’s not possible. You are a 4 star hotel for some reason ?!!!

It was close where I needed, but that are all the positives. Be careful: The room card is deactivated in a second if you keep it close to phone... Unlike room 242 on the second floor I stayed in week before, 530 on the fifth is very noisy - closer to the lift, making it busier around the door. The box for the fridge doesn't have an external door, so I had to switch it off to make the room quieter, but the worst of all is the noise from the gym on the sixth floor, namely the treadmill. If someone is running on it, it is impossible to focus on anything like watching TV or working on a PC...sleeping is impossible. The gym is open from 10 to 22, making it impossible to use in the morning, and it isn't quiet for the people on the floor below. What also maked me crazy is the fact that a lift always stops in the main lobby. It useless and waste of time when you travel up&down from the garage to the room. Also, I don't get the point at all why access to the sauna is for an extra fee. I don't know how much extra money it brings, but I think it should surely be free for hotel guests accessible with the room key. Especially when the room rate is over EUR100,-. I will try to avoid this hotel in the future, unless it costs half of the current rates. There are many better options in Dresden.
