Location: 5* (if you want to enjoy the stockyards, otherwise 3*) Ambiance: 5* (they are very true to the Western theme, everywhere) Price: 3* Service: 5* This brand new hotel in Marriott’s Autograph collection does NOT disappoint. The place is decked out in traditional Western comforts and kitch. Very well appointed, comfortable, and expansive. From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave you are immersed in Western themed everything. From the staff, to the rooms, to the hallways, to the decor, to the food, you are surrounded and enveloped. The room (see video) was nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. You even have a boot station to help you put on or take off your cowboy (or girl) boots. Filled with large furniture it felt a little cramped for as large as it was, but very comfortable. The service was impeccable. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The lobby bar would get very, very busy and you would have to shimmy up to the bar anytime you wanted service, no one was working the lobby bar except the bar tender that three nights I was there over a weekend. The event areas were nice, ample, and service great. The lady who would brand your own luggage tag with your initials was a hoot. The grounds were nice and it even had a little stream in the back. I would return should business or pleasure bring me near here again

Authentic western high class cowboy resort! All the bells and whistles with unique cowboy styled furnishings in downtown Stockyards. Hotel rooms decorated with wood plank floors, wood ceiling beams and a bed you will never want to get out of. Phenomenal restaurant, bars and amenities to meet your needs. Valet does have secured parking and were quick upon request of vehicle. A must stay location!

Hands down the best Marriott property we’ve stayed at — rivaled only by the Miami EDITION. From the moment we stepped into the lobby at Hotel Drover, we knew we were in for a special stay. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between rustic Texan charm and elevated, modern luxury. Every corner of the property — from the wood-carved check-in desk to the cozy fireplace lounge and stunning outdoor areas — exudes thoughtfulness and style. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with beautiful Western-themed decor. The service was prompt and warm — everything you’d expect from a premium Autograph Collection property. Turn-down service and in-room dining were on point (don’t skip the parfait!). Staff was always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We were genuinely surprised — in an era where so many properties sneak in extra charges, Hotel Drover delivered top-tier service without the nickel-and-diming. Huge plus. The on-site restaurant, 97 West Kitchen & Bar, delivered consistently delicious meals in a relaxed setting. The pool area was beautifully maintained and perfect for a mid-day break, especially with a reserved cabana. Also worth noting: while there’s no Starbucks or Dunkin’ nearby, the lobby bar and restaurant offer excellent coffee and breakfast. Even with a baby in tow, we felt completely welcome. The vibe is upscale but never stuffy — staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful with our little one. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels luxurious and family-inclusive. You’re right in the heart of Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards. Walk outside and you’re steps away from dining, local shops, and attractions like the cattle drives and John Wayne Museum. It’s both scenic and central. Bonus points for the hotel’s vintage truck — a great photo op! 📸 We took so many great photos during our stay, and the design of the hotel made for the perfect backdrop. Whether you’re traveling for leisure, family, or even a special occasion, this place checks every box. ⸻ If you’re visiting Fort Worth — especially with a family — Hotel Drover is worth every penny. We will definitely be back!
