We stayed here for two nights with our dog. It was lovely. Town is very quiet but luckily there are bigger cities close by. Big breakfast is included and dinner at their restaurant is nice too.
Travelled with my 2 kids . Pre-booked cot which was not in our room . Cot which was provided was dirty and stained and we had to clean it before we could use it . There was hair in the jacuzzi. Beds were very uncomfortable, actually the worst we have slept in. The "hot" breakfast was cold . Checkout was at 11 am and the staff was knocking and entering the room ( without being invited) from 10:30 am to remind us to leave . We also had a dinner which was ok , I would suggest though a walk outside to other places for better quality/price . The only positive things that I can think off , there was a staff member which was friendly , good location given the small city and parking is free . Overall decide if cleanliness , comfortable sleep and not being forced to leave is important , if not than stay here .
The room was smelly. I strongly believe the bathtub overflow isn’t properly connected. And overall the quality was average at max. The diner Saturday evening was the same. We had schnitzel and spareribs but both were not fresh, both pieces were frozen before but warmed up. The moijto drink of my wife was premixed and still costed the same as a freshly made cocktail. The breakfast buffet was almost empty Sunday after 09:15. There were no hosts on Sunday when we checked out. So overall the experience was average at max and not meeting the expectation we had for the amount of money we paid. Unfortunately I was unable to speak to someone from the hotel as there was nobody at the counter or the desk. The only personnel that I could identify were the restaurant waiters.
