Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa

Stayed at the hotel due to a cancelled flight. Unhappy reason, but the stay at the hotel helped the anger of a 24h flight delay. Hotel is lovely, room was big and very comfortable, quiet as well. Breakfast was incredible and buffet lunch also great. Chef prepared himself an extra protein option for me during to dietary requirements, delicious. Pool is amazing and pool bar also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful during all stay, making sure we ere happy and comfortable

A fantastic 5-star hotel by the lake! Comfortable and super clean rooms, sustainable toiletries with greek products of quality! I loved the breakfast and the helpful, smiling staff .I also used the spa facilities for a body-scrub and massage, the staff were super professional and experienced. I will definitely choose it again.

We stayed here during our school trip and the service was awful! It felt like we were staying at a 3 star hotel nowhere near 5 stars, which is what the hotel claims to be. The cleaning after room service wasn't even close to noticeable, the only difference were the made beds and new towels (thank God). As for the food, during both breakfast and dinner, it felt like they were choosing to underperform because they were addressing to schools and therefore teenagers. There were long waits during which there were empty bowls and empty food stations with noone around to fill them up. When there was in fact food, its quality was medium nowhere near to what a 5star hotel should provide.
