Returned for the second time at this hotel. Very well run hotel with all the amenities. We were half board again and the choice is fantastic. The restaurant manager and his staff were great and nothing was too much trouble for them. Likewise were the front desk staff especially Ester who made my booking run smoothly.
Great hotel for a nice a lovely holidays in Bardolino. Pros: Great Staff very helpful and attentive. Location right in front of the lake. Parking “nice and easy” no hassle at all. A very nice generous breakfast. Cons: The kitchen of the restaurant clad at 8:30 PM so hurry up for the dinner 😱. Internet signal not available in all the rooms and very weak. In general kudos to this property!
Very relaxing hotel with good, well-maintained facilities and very good service. We stayed in a beautiful room in the annex which seems to have been recently updated. If not for the quite plain and average food, would have received 5 stars.
