Hotel Du Lac

Wonderful experience at Hotel Du Lac. Beautiful property and location. We decided to spend the afternoon here at the spa on a day pass. Price was great and we were treated with luxury from the moment we arrived. Had lunch at the poolside restaurant and was given exceptional service. Wonderful afternoon. Staff took our experience a step further when one of us left a valuable item behind after our stay. Staff notified us they found the item and is mailing it to us as we were unable to return to pick it up. I think this speaks volumes on the level of service here because they went above and beyond for us and we weren't even guests! Highly recommend this place! We stayed at Hotel Du Lac in early May 2025. The place was impeccable. It was clean and well maintained throughout the grounds. The staff was outstanding, notably: Giuliana, Michele, and Angela were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. This is a fantastic team. The wait staff both in the bar and the dining room were wonderful. A big shout out to Simone who made us feel at home. This was a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again in the future.
