Hotel Du Vin Wimbledon

My wedding took place here last year and it was such a beautiful experience. I loved everything about it. The view, the location, the food and service were incredible. The staff that were helping with the venue were such a friendly and helpful team! Thank you for making it feel special! ❤️

Set in a beautiful park with great staff. The hotel is very tired though with worn, dirty looking paintwork in public areas. Bedrooms were comfortable but would benefit from more sockets, and it was a bit of a maze to find a room as all are named rather than numbered and there seemed no logic to the order! I really hope they smarten up where needed as it is a lovely hotel and I would happily stay there again

Disappointing Experience at the Bistro I recently dined at the Bistro restaurant at Hotel du Vin Wimbledon with a family member visiting from abroad, and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed. While the setting itself is undeniably charming, the service and food quality fell well short of expectations – especially for a restaurant of this reputation. Breakfast included a buffet with a decent selection of pastries, yogurt, and fruit, which was fine. However, we opted to order hot dishes. The scrambled eggs tasted and looked like powdered eggs – bland, unappetising, and frankly inexcusable for this kind of establishment. The service received from the waiter was also below expectations. He got our order wrong and required several repetitions to correct the order. The overall service and quality left a poor impression. If you’re after a picturesque venue, this place delivers. But if you care about food quality and good service, it’s simply not worth the money.
