The room was spacious and overall we had a good stay. Cleaning was done daily upon request, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was a serious issue with the towels. They had an extremely unpleasant odor, as if they had only been soaked in water and not properly washed. The smell was unbearable and clearly indicated that the towels had not been thoroughly cleaned — it was evident that the scent from previous use was still present. We strongly suggest that someone from management inspects this issue, as it significantly affects the guest experience. Aside from this, everything else was fine. The location is excellent and free parking was a great bonus.
You can find lots of restaurants, shops, car rents near the hotel. The view from the 10th floor is amazing. The breakfast buffet offers variety of food and drink. Unfortunately the wifi system isn’t the best, we can use it in the specific point of the room.
We stayed in several rooms within one week — all of them had a severe ant infestation. Hundreds of ants crawled in our shoes, suitcases, and clothes. They were in the closets, the bathroom, everywhere. It was anything but relaxing to have to change rooms every day because of this issue. How is it possible that every single room we stayed in had an ant infestation? On top of that, we couldn’t even get proper rest because the reception called us early in the mornings — which we never requested — to inform us that we had to vacate our rooms to move into yet another room. The management was completely uncooperative and refused any compensation or goodwill gesture. Friendly staff at the reception even admitted that the affected floor shouldn’t have been occupied, but apparently money was more important than guest comfort. Overall, a very disappointing experience that we do not want to repeat.
