An absolutely fantastic hotel, in an absolutely stunning place. The rooms are very nice and clean, with all facilities and a TV. Great bar and wonderful restaurant, the food is out of this world.. 6*! And the cherry on the cake is the service and hospitality... The owners are the most hospitable, warm and friendly people imaginable and the staff follow suit; the friendliness of everyone is almost humbling. I cannot wait to return!
This review is exclusively about the restaurant! We went to eat at the restaurant in the summer of 2022. It started with the fact that we couldn't dine at 19:00 because the restaurant is only available to customers from 20:00. Although we are in the south of Italy, it is simply not acceptable for the restaurant to be open from 20:00, because there are many people who need to eat early for various reasons (e.g. health). The food was served mixed. Those of us who had not ordered a starter were served the main course together with the starters of the others. The main course of the others was served 45 minutes after the first ones had already finished their main course. I can't understand how so many customers want to visit this restaurant. On top of that, the food was not tasty. Extra point because it was really clean!
This hotel is so unprofessional that they accepted external guests while they had a wedding event. The wedding party still continues after 2 AM and they shouted at me in a rude way when I wanted to ask them to turn the volume down a bit. Also they do not have an AC, and my door cannot be locked.
