Hotel Duval Autograph Collection

The hotel was great. The staff was wonderful, and helped me in so many ways. The hotel did experience a few issues while our group was there, but they handled them quickly without concern. For example, the door lock system cleared all the door keys but they made new keys and walked to each door fixing them. I normally stay down by Gaines St or at the Aloft or Doubletree next door, but this was cleaner or better service.

Tori absolutely made our stay! I told her about the horrible experience at the Marriott a block down the road and she went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were nice, however the Bathrooms don't have a vent, so humidity and bathroom smell 💩 is a bad thing. The TV doesn't allow for external HDMI, even though it has the option, it doesn't work. Oh, and you can hear people in the halls talking, so I assume they can hear you talking in the rooms when they are outside. The bar upstairs has an amazing view at night, and the bartenders were amazing. The Valet were also very very impressive. I'll absolutely stay here when I come back.

Never have i ever stayed at a hotel and wish i could go back just to shower 🥴! The shower was everything! From the stones in the flooring to the water pressure 🤌🏿! Now granted, it gets a little 3 star-ish 😂. Whatever they used to spray the shower floors black, comes off on your feet and the bathrooms are extremely small. But the cookies made up for it! I definitely would recommend this hotel. Great location, free street parking on the weekend, valet parking available, very clean, great rooftop, and very chic!
