Hotel Ease Mong Kok

Very nice and clean hotel. Just next to Exit B2 of Yau Ma Tai MTR station. This is very close to Jorden, Mong Kok and Tshim Sha Thui. Rooms are small, max 2 people can stay comfortably but overall service is good. Their response time is super fast. Luggahe storage is available at HKD10 per bag overnight.

Location is great. Just a few steps from MTR. Very convenient. There are many convenient stores near by. Room size is as it is. Room is new and clean(bath room, floor) except bed. I saw reviews about bed bugs and I personally got bit too. There were several red dots on my skin. For staff, service level is as HK standard, no welcome face but effective enough. Senior bellboy is kind.

Terrible experience. The hotel may look nice at first, but don’t be fooled. The rooms are tiny, not soundproof at all—we were constantly woken up by loud noise in the hallway in the middle of the night. There’s no fridge and no complimentary water. Completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price. And the worst part: BEDBUGS. On our last day, both my friend and I woke up scratching like crazy. Absolutely disgusting. I’m just glad it happened at the end of our stay, but it ruined the whole trip. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I would never come back here or recommend it to anyone.
