Hotel Eastlund BW Premier Collection

This was our second stay at Hotel Eastlund, and it has now earned a spot in our Portland/Vancouver rotation of places to stay. The hotel staff is so kind and helpful, and I cannot say enough about Amanda and her referrals. The rooms and hotel were clean and spacious. There are no pools or hot tubs, and I’m assuming that’s how costs are kept low. I wasn’t there for those amenities anyway. We ended up enjoying the rooftop bar for late Happy Hour, and the food was fantastic, rivaled only by the views and ambiance. We ordered buffalo cauliflower, salad, fries, and tacos (all of which had fancy names and flavors I can’t recall), all together delivering a memorable meal. I can’t wait to go back!

This hotel is truly outstanding! The management has done a phenomenal job assembling a top-tier team. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The entire property is spotless, tastefully decorated, and meticulously maintained. Every staff member—from housekeeping to the front desk—is genuinely warm and professional. I stayed four nights at this remarkable hotel and was especially impressed by Amanda Lemon, whose kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for the entire team. I also want to highlight Patrick, Lizzy, and Andrew, who were all exceptionally friendly and competent. The leadership at this hotel is impeccable. They clearly know how to select excellent employees and uphold an exceptional standard of service. I couldn't recommend it more—this is my go-to hotel in Portland for life!

Overall not impressed unfortunately. The service regarding Valet did a good job, no overall complaints. Convenient and fast getting your car, the service for the front desk is where it gets questionable. Morning Staff did fine had a rude young man for one of the night shifts when I checked in with my family had a lack of customer service skills to say the least, good thing he’s working nights and not days. It’s unfortunate how a few rude interactions can leave a trip with a bad taste in your mouth Location is good for being close to the Convention Center. Also unfortunate that when checking into the hotel the guy didn’t mention how we would be downgrading us from our king size bed.
