We spent two nights here in May - and had a fantastic time even though it was raining and we weren't able to get outside as much as we wanted. The hotel itself is very good to excellent. We had a small suite, so it was roomy (although the carpets on the wall felt a bit odd). Everything worked perfectly. The real highlight was the food. We had dinner in the Tapas Bar and the restaurant. Service was great and the food was outstanding - even for a vegetarian. They actually made vegan croquettes for us, which I thought was really above-and-beyond. Highly recommended. Not inexpensive, but good value.
Amazing hotel, beautiful setting, very stylish rooms (the view of the church was incredible whilst waking up). Dinner at Tradicion, outstanding! Loved every minute. Also bought their chef’s knife 🔪
We’ve stayed at Echaurren and had dinner in the restaurant. Amazing service, great rooms and a perfect dinner. The experience couldn’t have been better. We will certainly make our way back one day.
