Great stay at a beautiful hotel, but the difference is the service. We've found other luxury hotels in China to treat their guests with indifference, but not here. The staff is very well trained and greets you with a smile and enthusiasm at every interaction. The property itself is modern, comfortable, luxurious, architecturally and artistically interesting, and the price for what you get is more than reasonable. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again.
Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Éclat Beijing! The hotel feels like an art gallery, full of unique historical pieces and stunning design. My room was luxurious, the macarons were dangerously addictive (I ate so many!), and the staff were super kind especially when helping me find the best shopping spots nearby. A beautiful blend of comfort, culture, and warm hospitality. Can’t wait to go back!
By far, one of my favorite hotels of all time. Simply magnificent. The art, the design, the service - everything was so above and beyond top notch. I was blown away by the Eclat. Highly recommend.
