Was impressed by this hotel. Very clean, good service, with a nice fit-out. Beds also comfortable, which is important to me. Breakfast could also not be faulted. Overall, can definitely recommend this place, particularly when compared to the lager hotel chains that operate in Santiago. Thank you

It’s a perfectly nice hotel but I was disappointed given its excellent reviews. The main problem was that the sound proofing of the rooms isn’t great and our room was directly about the pool/dining area - being woken by a constantly barking dog and then by people at the pool at 02:00 was exactly relaxing. The rooms are decent but the mould in the shower wasn’t nice. The food is good but the breakfast was uninspiring. Finally, it is located a long way from the city centre (15-20 by Uber) which is fine if you have safety concerns and are happy to eat at the restaurant. There is a small pool but it is next to reception/dining area which put us off using it.
