Hotel Eden Park by Brava Hoteles

Day one of holiday and made a huge mistake when booking….i messed up the dates and only noticed when half hour from hotel after 15hrs of driving from UK! Bianca on reception and the head of house keeping just fixed everything. Within minutes of asking for help, room date changed and an extra bed made up….they even said sorry as it may take ten minutes to arrange the bed! We were an early check in and they fixed OUR mistake! No need to say sorry!! Grabbed bags from car, walked to room, everything done! Unbelievable service, beats the level of service you get from some of the best hotels in the world because they clearly just wanted to help! What a fantastic can do attitude! Great hotel - lovely rooms, ridiculously soft towels and powerful showers and a really lovely pool area. I know this is a “airport hotel” but I will be coming back here every year (with a correct booking 🤣) just because of the exceptional attitude of the team! Thank you for fixing this for us and making a great start our holiday!

A wonderful hotel and very good value for money, we enjoyed our short stay here. Very friendly and fast reception, were in the room quickly. Good sized room with a comfortable bed, good shower too. We had eaten a big lunch so ordered two starter plates in the restaurant, they were quite large and very tasty, fast and friendly service. The main courses looked very good so next time we'll have a full dinner here, and the restaurant prices were reasonable too. Overall an enjoyable hotel experience and I'm sure that we'll be here again, it's so handy being less than 1km from the Girona airport and the north-south highway.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The interior is modern, fresh and spacious. The garden grounds and pool deck are attractive with lovely planting. The pool is clean and a good size. There is inevitable noise from the motorway and airport. The rooms are large and clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a mini shop with snacks and drinks. The restaurant is mixed. The aspiration is for refined food but the execution is hit and miss. Everything was edible but the food is too processed (nuggets in the Ceasar salad for example) - and other dishes that just didn’t quite work. The dinner service was friendly, helpful and attentive. Overall a pretty lacklustre meal but not too bad is how I’d some up. Wine was good and fairly priced. Overall a good option for quick airport transfers.
