Really nice hotel, with pretty modern facilities. The service is very efficient. The food was good, and tasty. Gladly impressed. Highly recommended. In front of the hotel there is a small lake, which was completely frozen and the view was really nice.
Just amazing view and a nice pool! But where's the air-conditioning? There is no air-conditioning at the room? Why? Also it's not a Finnish sauna If you can't throw water into the stove! Please next time give me a water bucket to sauna and let's make it a real sauna! ;)
This is a beautiful hotel with lovely views and nice amenities. The service, however, was awful, particularly for a four star hotel. Multiple employees were rude, unhelpful and overall seemed bothered anytime they were asked a question. This didn’t come down to one individual, it seemed to be a pervasive culture that permeated throughout the hotel. There are also no food options for many hours of the day. Room service only operates at certain times and the restaurant closes early. We will not be returning.
