Single person rooms are small and badly organised however the apartmant room was fine just not enough outlets wellness area was good not the best I was at but ok. Over all it was ok but price was way too high for a hotel that isn’t that close to the city center
The room was good with all the amenities needed. But service is pricey and not at the levels it should for the prices. Also prepare for a trip every time you want to get downtown.
Title: Very Poor Reception and Unprofessional Behavior On July 2nd, we asked the receptionist to book two rooms. He was rude and unprofessional, claiming there were no available rooms. However, we showed him that rooms were available online. He then responded in a disrespectful tone, saying we could book them ourselves. Even after we booked the rooms online, the treatment remained unprofessional. My colleague was asked to pay, although the full amount had already been charged by the website. After several minutes of unnecessary argument, the receptionist finally admitted the payment was complete and only the city tax was due. In my case, my reservation was "pay at the property" and the price was €116, but I was asked to pay €119 in cash. I hope the hotel management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the staff’s behavior.
