Amazing little hotel. Very calm an quiet. Nice coazy room with an excellent bed and a small patio. Nice and professional staff. I personally loved the self-serve ’bar’ where you just note what you take, based on trust.
We spend the weekend there, for a family getaway, and had a wonderful experience. The staff is great, the rooms and facilities were super clean and well equiped. The breakfast was qualitative with a lot of options. We will definitely come back should the occasion arise. We highly recommend Eifeland.
We had booked a 2 nights weekend in this hotel which looked very nice. We delayed our arrival the morning after due to personal reasons, notifying and constantly updating the owner through messages, both the night before and early in the morning of our arrival day and obviously with the intent of paying both nights! However, upon our arrival that morning, 2 hours drive, the owner let us know that he gave our booked room to other guests. A very unpleasant, rude situation in which the owner did nothing to make it up to us and seemed impassible and absolutely not touched by the situation.
