Hotel Review At first glance, this hotel appeared promising, but my actual experience was disappointing. The reception staff were friendly, but when I requested an extra towel (as only one was provided for two people), it never arrived. The room itself was a letdown. While the bedsheets were clean, the overall cleanliness was lacking. The carpets were stained and not properly cleaned, and the window catch was missing, leaving the window open all night—a serious issue in a mosquito-prone area. The bathroom was also problematic: there was no shower screen, so water flooded the floor, and the sink drain leaked, causing water to pool every time it was used. The adjacent car park is unpaved, rough, and littered with rubbish. While it’s convenient to have parking available, its condition leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was equally disappointing. By 8:00 a.m., most of the food was gone, and what remained was exposed and covered in flies. Although this hotel is reportedly the best option in the city, it only lives up to a three-star standard at best. For a one-night stay, it’s manageable, but for anything longer, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Excellent location restaurants in walking distance. Used their body massage service while I stayed and it was pretty good. The rooms need maintenance, as to most places in Angola. The staff were as helpful as they could be.

Decent hotel but terribly managed. Make sure you ask if the air conditioner in the room is working. Mine didn't for two days and I am not sure it actually works at all. Restaurant didn't have 1/4 of what was on the menu and the bar was out of beer. Beer! Get to breakfast before 7 or nothing is left and not replenished. Housekeeping staff was friendly and kept the room well.
