Really good service. The breakfast was great and included in your booking cost. I left my bag in the restaurant with all of our cash and passports and later that day they had it at the reception and nothing was missing. That is a huge huge point for the service and consideration given by the employees. Great stay

So the room had no heat. It also had a broken TV. The security box did not work. When trying to contact front desk they did not understand English and also basically hung up as I was simply asking to order food and I would come down to pick it up? Then I went and placed an order for 2 soups for two people. We paid the bill. Then they had to come out to tell us the soup was not available. The next soup requested was not available. Finally we just settled on the only soup that was available. For two soups, an order of bread, and French fries took over a half an hour. I did get a coffee at the bar on another day and that was made quickly. Location is good there is a great Colombian restaurant a little over a block away.

My two biggest complaints: THIN walls and TERRIBLE breakfast. I heard this woman getting pounded late one night. For $100 a night I’m expecting better soundproofing. The complimentary breakfast was so disappointing. I was expecting at least above a 7/10 considering the price point but everything was around a 4/10. The eggs were cold and bland. The caldo tasted like nothing and had tough meat. The milk tasted sour. The corn was also bland and tasteless. It was all terrible. We went hungry that day. I would definitely recommend the first empanada stand you see on that same street. Empanadas for less than $1, perfect filling (carne y papas) with perfect aji. The room itself was pretty nice. The water bottle they offer is so overpriced ($4, when you can go to D1 and get it for less than $1). And laundry service is overpriced as well. The bathroom is sooooo nice. The best part of the stay. Rainfall shower, hot water, and a magnified mirror with a light. Still, wouldn’t come back here.
