Hotel El Dorado

Perfectly close to the beach and good restaurants and shopping and we stayed in the new wing of the hotel and the rooms are perfect

I will never return. For the price I expect much more. The noise at night was incredibly loud once until 6:30 AM. The place needs a lot of work. The window to the bathroom would not shut, so anyone can see in from the outside while walking by, the shower door was broken, no hot water, taps were old and loose. Tv is not a smart TV and WiFi is useless. Food is edible but hardly what you would expect for the price. No coffee machine in the room and there is a sign that you can't drink the water. No smoke detector in the room. Bed was not hotel quality. Never returning

Location - Good Service - poor Service by reception-unacceptable poor Food all inclusive- very poor 😢.. bread from few days, even for Colombia, or a specially for Colombia it's very very negative... Baar -not many options poor quality Minibar at room - Empty Guest receive 3 towels, 2 for bath and 1 for beach ⛱️.- that is plus. No information ℹ️ 😞, emergency or even how to reach reception . Restaurant, they have 2 , however 1 is mostly close , not in use. Object under construction July 2025 🏗 even by lunch you will see or hear, maintenance works.
