Hotel El Khayem

Hey, We were here at the hotel we took an appartement it was an amazing experience , clean , big with comfortable beds , amazing view on the pool . Also , I want to thank the cleaning lady Zibouche Samia she was so kind to us and did the room perfectly with a smile on her face that made our day❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much Samia and all the hotel staff.

The restaurant is a mess. They randomly change the dishes you ordered and tell you that the dishes you ordered are not served after the dishes are served.

The hotel is acceptable, we paid 500 dollars approximately for 2 nights.. the three of us, when checking out they kept us waiting for the manager as there was a missing towel from my friend's room . the disappointing thing is that they were hinting that we may took that towel.. A cheap towel that can't cost more than 10 dollars.. My friend told them that there have been no towel in his room, and he didn't need it anyway because he brought is own stuff with him... But we were polite and suggested searching in our luggage, as we were sure that it's just a mistake.. We also suggested to check with the cleaning lady.. We even offered to pay for it.. Just to be able to leave and catch up with our team. But they had the nerves to keep us waiting for the manager, and they even checked our luggage when we were gone for couple of hours. The manager also kept us waiting and didn't apologise appropriately. we felt angry and highly insulted. As this is never acceptable. It's stupid.
