New, fresh and clean hotel with great facilities. The food in the hotel is excellent, as is the service from all staff, from the front of house to the cleaning staff. Every request was actioned extremely efficiently throughout the duration of the stay. Breakfast is a blend of a la carte items and buffet, and was fantastic. Pool snacks exceeded expectations. Dinner, we had the chefs tasting menu and it’s outstanding food. All of the F and B staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.
We recently spent four unforgettable days at Hotel El Vicenç de la Mar, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite with a jacuzzi and a terrace, which truly elevated our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views, making it the perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi on the terrace was a dream—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained, with elegant decor and a serene atmosphere. The spa and massage treatments were excellent, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge. One of the highlights of our stay was the private cinema evening, where we enjoyed a cozy movie night with popcorn—a unique and delightful touch that made our experience even more special. Beyond the hotel, the staff, well Mari, provided fantastic recommendations to explore the island, including a visit to the Pollença market, where we discovered local delicacies and crafts, and a trip to a bodega, where we enjoyed a wonderful wine-tasting experience. These personalized suggestions truly enriched our stay. Overall, our stay at Hotel El Vicenç de la Mar was a five-star experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in Mallorca, this hotel is an absolute must. I can’t wait to return!
We spent a week at this hotel and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The location is quite convenient – only about 20–30 meters from a public beach, which is clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the sunbeds on the beach are very expensive, but there’s the option to rent a kayak or a SUP board, which is a great alternative. There is a large public parking lot right across from the hotel, where parking was never an issue. The hotel itself is newly built and very modern, with tasteful decor. One highlight was the hotel cosmetics – they smelled amazing and were of excellent quality. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On our first day, our room wasn’t ready yet as we arrived a bit earlier than the standard check-in time. To allow us to rest after the journey, the manager kindly offered us a free one-night upgrade to a higher-standard room, which we really appreciated. In terms of facilities, everything was great – there’s a lovely rooftop with loungers and a pool, a well-equipped gym, and an indoor pool, all well-maintained and comfortable. The biggest downside was the food. The breakfast buffet was very limited, and the à la carte breakfast options were quite average. There were frequent mistakes by the waitstaff – not just in our case, but also noticed by other guests – both in terms of food and drinks being served incorrectly. The hotel restaurant food was okay, nothing exceptional but acceptable. The poolside drinks were also just average. In summary: the hotel itself is fantastic, with a great location, modern facilities, and excellent service. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and that was the main drawback of our otherwise enjoyable stay.
