The grill options were the best. Sides could be more imaginative.
The room was ok. The "silent" fan in the bathroom is like a jet engine. The bed suits me well. But if you don't like a really hard bed it's not for you. The thing that lowered the score the most was the breakfast "buffe". It was only empty plates. And then i came when the said the breakfast started. Got there earlier on day 2 but it was even worse.
Was at the Hotel Elegance while on tour with a band through Europe. The staff at the front desk was rude from the minute we arrived as was every person we dealt with in the gaming room on the second floor. We stayed on the fourth floor and every night we had to endure thumping club music from the restaurant on the first floor till 3am every night. It was by far the worst "four star" hotel we stayed at over our 30 day tour. Couldn't wait to leave
